Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band based totally out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is made out of Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his formative years chum, Spencer Smiths (drums), along side their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To sell their k-business track, the band made contact with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) as a result of his LiveJournal web site. Impressed by means of the band, Wentz individually met with the band and signed them to his imprint label Decaydance. Under the label, the band published their debut album, A Fever You Cant Sweat Out, which would debut at #112 on the Billboard 200 album charts.
